Searching For Friends is used as the over world music in the World of Ruin after you find the airship, Falcon. It is a more up-beat remix of the World of Balance's music, Terra's Theme.

Like Terra's Theme, the song begins with a soft string and percussion intro that raises in volume and then features a single woodwind melody. However, there is an added technical sounding echo that persists through the track.
