Lisa programmed what was called LSD (Lisa's Sound Driver) which was written in Z80 assembly. The sound engine was ported from Atari's arcade sound driver RPM. The music was written in Music Macro Language.
According to an anonymous composer, Atari was very secretive about LSD, and only let main audio staff from Atari see and use the sound driver.
