Kōhei "Hibiki" Ikeda is a Japanese game designer and programmer. He is known to have programmed the game "Thexder". He may have also been a programmer for TOSE under the name 'Hibiki 1Go' but this has not yet been verified. He was a member of Mecano Associates.
