|Keith G. Tinman|
Keith Tinman was one of the many composers for Ocean Software.
Tinman started out as a hobbyist, performing songs on a Roland SH-101 analog synthesizer and recording them on tape. His video game music business started in 1984 when his brother Robert, a games programmer at Thor Computer Software (related to Odin Computer Graphics), suggested Keith to his boss.
About 1988, he left and joined Ocean Software where he stayed until March 1997. He then worked at Infogrames until March 1999. Up until 2003 he worked at Computer Artworks. Then, he worked for Reelsound from 2004 to 2009. He worked at Pinewood Shepperton for a while and now currently runs his own freelance business, still composing music for games to this day.
Tinman used a Roland D-10 digital synthesizer and Pro Sound Sampler.
