Andrew Bailey is an Australian programmer. In September 1982, Andrew began programming his own games for many computer systems. In 1990, he started working for Beam Software, and he programmed the sound engine for the SNES. According to Andrew, Super Smash T.V. was the first game to use the sound driver. His first job at Beam was for the NES port of Days of Thunder where he programmed the pit stop. At the beginning of 1994, Andrew worked for Tantalus Interactive as the CTO. Near the end of 2009, he worked for Drop Spider games as the CEO and left in June of 2012. Bailey currently lives in Vancouver BC, Canada at Koolhaus Games as the technical director where he continues working on video games.
