Game

The same mind that brought us Pitfall! for the Atari designed A Boy and His Blob. David Crane was most likely on some major drugs to create a game like this. You feed your alien blob friend jellybeans to make it change shape into useful tools. Although the game is very creative and has plenty of potential, it lacks depth and can easily be beaten in one sitting. And since nothing changes from game to game, the replay quality is low.

Music

The game's soundtrack, composed by Mark Van Hecke, is often ranked as one of the worst ever made for the entire NES line and is also one of the smallest sporting a mere 4 tracks.

Ripping

Ripping NES music is a very arduous process that is beyond the scope of this site.
